Anyone can now invest in Kraken, if they fit the accredited investors criteria

Anyone who fits the accredited investors criteria can now purchase Kraken's tokenized shares.

Those who are interested in investing in crypto exchanges are now able to do it. Jesse Powell’s exchange, Kraken is now offering their tokenized stock to accredited investors.

The offering is done via a regulation-compliant investment platform, Bnk to the Future, thus all registered users are able to invest in Kraken with a minimum of $1,000.

The San Fransisco-based exchange is actually quite flexible when it comes to who can purchase their stocks as they only require investors who can deposit a minimum of $1,000.

Bnk to the Future, whose business is to help accredited investors buy shares in crypto companies, however, is stricter as to the investors' criteria, as reported by Decrypt Media.

According to a Reddit user who tried to purchase Kraken shares, the “accredited investors” that can buy the shares are only those who have net worth of over $1 million and an income of more than $200,000. Interesting!
