Cryptopia release liquidation FAQ, Cannot confirm return of funds

Hacked cryptocurrency exchange and soon to be liquidated as well, Cryptopia have released a new FAQ covering some of its users most common questions. Unfortunately the FAQ does very little to assist customers in their plight to get their coin back.

Cryptopia have released a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) on their website for users to read through, following the uncertainty surrounding the recent liquidation notice.

Cryptopia earlier this week announced that they would be going through liquidation, meaning all customer funds were frozen, and no deposits or withdrawals would be possible.

Customers have been in a panic this week trying to find out what the process is to get their digital assets back. Cryptopia have finally released a FAQ covering the most asked questions. Unfortunately the answers do very little to help customers, claiming many times that “we cannot return any crypto-assets to customers, or confirm whether individual customers will get all of their crypto-assets returned.”
