Cryptopia reopens withdrawals/deposits for BTC, LTC, and DOGE

New Zealand-based exchange Cryptopia is taking its final steps towards being fully operational again, after the hack earlier in the year. It has enabled withdrawals and deposits for Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Dogecoin (DOGE).

Cryptopia has attempted to be as transparent as possible with customers, after losing around $16 million in a major hack back in January, which many suspected may have been some kind of exit scam. After a thorough police investigation, the trading platform gradually started to get its services back online again in late February.

Trading of a number of tokens went live again on Cryptopia over a month ago, and last week the exchange announced that half of all its listed tokens were now secured.
