In fact, Jihan Wu made it to the list for the first time as a self-made billionaire, whose source of wealth comes from cryptocurrency mining chips.

According to Forbes, as per February 8th, the 33-year-old has $1.5 billion of fortune, which put him at #1511 on the list and at the same time, included in the under-40 class.

Micree Zhan, on the other hand, is ranked slightly better than his fellow founder. He is at #838 with $2.7 billion of fortune, although he couldn’t make the under-40 cut.
