Cryptocurrency's biggest gainers & losers in the top 10 this week

This week hasn’t been very kind to may within the top ten, with the markets moving slowly sideways or in some cases in a decidedly southerly direction. However, it's not all doom and gloom, thanks to some impressive sustained gains from Ethereum and Binance coin. Without further ado, here are this weeks list of top gainers/losers in the top 10:

Biggest Gainers in the top 10:

Ethereum

The biggest gainer in the top 10 is Ethereum (ETH) citing an impressive increase of +4.9% in 7 days. Gaining 1.9% of which in the past 24 hours. Sitting at a price just above $125.

 

Binance Coin (BNB)

BNB continues to go from strength to strength as displayed from a modest gain of +1.2% in the past 7 days. This follows consistent gain accumulating to a 75% increase over the past month.

Biggest losers in the top 10:

Bitcoin (BTC)

No crypto list would be complete with put a reference to the #1. BTC has displayed a lot of the aforementioned sideways action this week, citing a loss of -1.3% on the 7-day charts. Currently sitting at a price of $3,613.

Bitcoin cash (BCH)

BCH also makes the list, citing a loss of 4.7% this week.

TRON (TRX)

TRX has incurred the biggest loss, down -10% this week.

Litecoin (LTC)

In a similar position, LTC, is down -4.4% this week, down from its superb rise last week following the news of a potential privacy upgrade from the Mimblewimble protocol. LTC even managing to swoop into 4th place. However, it seems this wasn’t enough to consolidate gains.

Stellar (XLM)

Despite news that MasterCard has partnered up with stellar based startup token.io, to develop an “open banking hub,” XLM is still reporting negative gains this week, down 3.8% in the 7-day charts.
