Coinbase users can finally withdraw their BSV coin

Twitter user Alistair Milne, an investor and entrepreneur with a focus on Bitcoin & startups, took to Twitter to announce that Coinbase users can finally withdraw their BSV coin.

Milne tweeted that 'Coinbase users can now withdraw their $BSV coins to another wallet/exchange'.adding that there is no trading available on Coinbase itself.

The Bitcoin Cash hard fork occured due to disagreements between Bitcoin Cash figure head Roger Ver and Bitmain CEO Jihan Wu, who are now supporting Bitcoin ABC, and controversial cryptocurrency figures Craig Wright and Calvin Ayre, who support Bitcoin SV.

Ever since the hard fork, Coinbase users have been waiting patiently, and with growing frustration, on their Bitcoin SV.

Coinbase apparently is now getting ready to release their Bitcon SV holdings.

In order to receive Bitcoin SV, Coinbase users had to do a simple deposit into their Coinbase Bitcoin Cash wallet pre-fork. However, it appears as though users were kept waiting on their Bitcoin SV, for several months now.

Just last month Coinbase admitted that the issue would still take several weeks to resolve, while telling one frustrated customer that they understood their frustration.

'I wish that there was more that I could do. However, we will provide additional updates as they are available. We anticipate development work for BSV withdrawals will take at least a few weeks, but may take longer.'

We will soon notice if this news will have any impact on the current price of Bitcoin SV, which is trading at $63.32, while holding on to the number 11 in the ranking by market cap.

One Twitter user is convinced the time to dump Bitcoin SV has come.
