Litecoin up over 5% as Bitcoin trades above $3,700

Bitcoin’s price has surged roughly $110 in the last few hours now worth $3,750.90 at the time of writing. As a result, much of the market is following suit.  

Both Ethereum and Stellar are showing similar gains to Bitcoin, up 2.44% and 2.80%, trading at $125.15, $0.10 respectively. XRP, Bitcoin Cash, EOS, and Bitcoin SV are also showing some decent gains, all growing by over 1%. Meanwhile, Litecoin puts the others to shame surging 5.31% to trade at $32.92. Only Tether and Tron are showing marginal backward movement as both projects are down a little under 1%.

Looking at the top 20, Cardano and Dash are both up around the 3.57% mark to trade at $0.04 and $74.32 respectively. IOTA and Ethereum Classic are up slightly more by over 4%. IOTA is now worth $0.32 while ETC will set you back $4.53. NEO showing similar gains to Litecoin with impressive gains of 5.12%, bringing the value of one NEO token to $8.09.

After losing some ground yesterday, Augur has managed to regain its bullish stance as the coin surges over 25%. REP is now worth $18.12. Today’s biggest winner is TenX as the project as rocketed 35.48%. Coming in at second place is Apollo with a 29.18% price hike in the last 24 hours.

Total market cap is now $124.9 billion.
