Youtuber Dr Jordan Petersen moves from Youtube to BitTube following daughters ban

Youtuber and Toronto Psychology Professor Jordan Petersen has recently tweeted that he will be moving over all his content to BitTube, which describes its platforms as a revolutionary video platform in which publishers can make money with their content, without ads.

The professor retweeted his daughters tweet which related to her Youtube account being suspended for three months for no apparent reason. Mikhaila Petersen tweeted the following:

Jordan Petersen also tweeted asking Youtube for answers regarding the matter. Twitter user @FrameEli tweeted to Jordan Petersen stating that he should port over to BitTube due to its decentralization and no censorship.

The professor, who has over 1.7 million subscribers and a combined 81.9 million views on all his posted videos on Youtube, admitted that he would be moving it all over to BitTube following the three month strike on his daughters Youtube account.

With Youtube becoming more strict in terms of censorship, could Youtubers eventually be looking to move away from the online video monopoly that is Youtube?
