BCH adoption rising in Latin America thanks to Bitcoin Cash Association

Bitcoin.com is reporting that thanks to the efforts of the Bitcoin Cash Association and SpendBCH, over 250 new merchants across Latin America are now accepting Bitcoin Cash.

Recently the Bitcoin Cash Association teamed up with SpendBCH and began to offer bounties to anyone who successfully gets a business in Mexico, Venezuela or Colombia to begin accepting Bitcoin Cash. The process involves talking to a business about the proposal, setting them up with a wallet, tweeting about the business and having them send in some paperwork. Upon meeting the criteria, users are rewarded with BCH.

Due to these efforts, the BCA is now announcing more than 250 new merchants are accepting BCH:
