Basic Attention Token now live on, mobile apps

Today Coinbase announced on its blog that official trading for Basic Attention Token (BAT) had become available on as well as the mobile apps for Android and iOS.

This comes only about a week after BAT was listed on Coinbase Pro. At the time, it was noted it would not be long before the listing would come to The posting notes that, as usual, "BAT will be available for customers in most jurisdictions, but will not initially be available for residents of the state of New York."

It should be noted that unlike when it was posted on Pro, the Coinbase effect seems to have become a "sell the news" scenario, as the price of BAT seems to be dropping notably and is currently at about $0.32.

This news is part of the beginning trickle of what Coinbase promises is  an effort to bring many new assets onto the platform. To that end, they have expanded the services they offer and made more informational pages on their website for those new to crypto.

This is another optimistic step forward for crypto and Coinbase. Hopefully Dogecoin is next! As ever, stay right here for all updates!
