Teen who got conned in Bitcoin deal makes threat calls to Miami airport

An Indian teenager makes threat calls to Miami airport after his report to US authorities didn’t get the response he expected.

An Indian teenager who called Miami airport threatening to blow it up got arrested by local authorities in Uttar Pradesh region. He decided to make the calls after his complaint to the US authorities, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) didn’t get the response he expected.

Apparently, the 18-year old got involved in a Bitcoin deal, which turned out to be a con. Feeling angry with the incident and disappointed with the response from the authorities, he decided to make the threat calls.

Although many of the Indian citizens show a huge interest in cryptocurrency, the local authorities choose the opposite approach towards it. The Indian government is still deliberating on whether or not to officially ban the use of cryptocurrency in the country, as reported by Chepicap recently.

The central bank itself has been very strict towards cryptocurrency since the beginning of the year by disallowing banks to support crypto-related business, which have led to crypto businesses’ decision to leave the country.
