Bithumb partners with SEC accredited, seriesOne to create securities token

Bithumb partners with SEC accredited fintech firm, seriesOne to create securities token for the US market. 

The exchange that has been through a lot this year, Bithumb announces their collaboration with seriesOne, a US-based fintech company in the creation of securities token for the US market.

seriesOne explained the reason behind their partnership with the Korean exchange, which is because they believe that Bithumb possesses the know-how to build a tokenized security exchange.

Upon successful creation, seriesOne plans to propose to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the securities token to be listed in the US stock trading market and to have it publicized on NASDAQ within the second half of next year.

Moreover, the SEC-accredited firm for crowdfunding also revealed their Asian market expansion plan by opening a branch in South Korea, as reported by CryptoNinjas.
