Substratum project making great progress: node Early Open Beta released

Substratum has announced the release of the Substratum Node Early Open Beta. The community has already started testing the Substratum Node.

Substratum works on a platform that allows free and open internet, bringing decentralized web worldwide without the need of special software for the average internet user. After going open source on April 23rd, now the community can test the Open Beta version, with some very positive reactions coming in already.

In an announcement, the Substratum project states that the basic user interface is still very basic and that there will be a final version that will be 'beautiful'. In the Open Beta you are already able to surf the majority of the internet that you normally can. In this version people running a node will not be paid yet - the earning mechanism will be available in the 0.5.0 version.
