Request Network update: new tokens supported on mainnet, $20,000 bug bounty

The Request Network released an update earlier today stating that BTC and several ERC20 tokens are supported on mainnet.

Request Network Brand Manager Robin Mazurel published a post on the REQ blog explaining the changes.

"Now every developer can integrate BTC and supported ERC20 tokens as a payment option in their dApp. The first tokens that are available today are KNC, OMG & REQ, with DGX & DAI coming soon."

 The Request Network project is a decentralized network built on top of Ethereum which allowa users to request a payment anywhere in the world. Mazurel also announced the launch of their bug bounty program with rewards of up to $20,000 for anyone finding a bug in the system.

Request Network has also joined Blockfolio Signal Beta, a social media platform that the tem feel will increase accessbility for their userbase.

 A further announcement revealed in the post is the introduction of Dai as a stablecoin to the network. "By using the Dai stablecoin as a payment option on the Request Network, anyone can send and receive invoices without ever having to worry about the high degree of volatility in the cryptocurrency market."
