Bytecoin price in violent flux since Binance listing: trade with care

Bytecoin ($BCN) has been severely fluctuating in price in the last few days since its listing on Binance. The price has gone from $0.0067, up to $0.0186, back down to $0.0111, again up to $0.0184, then down to $0.0108, and now to 0.0150 (current price at the time of writing) all within a few days.

The price initially jumped a few days ago with the news of its listing on the largest cryptocurrency exchange. With so many people trying to take advantage of the spike in price, Bytecoin began to have network overload issues, leading to delays in withdrawals and deposits on Binance.  The Bytecoin team is still fumbling to restore the functionality and the price has yet to settle down.

Due to the massive jumps in price, some traders have benefitted greatly, but others have gotten unlucky as well. Some people have gone to social media to express their misery in losing trades by gambling with Bytecoin the past few days. Traders should be wary of the big changes in price for BCN until the network repairs are complete.
