After halting their platform due to suspicious Syscoin transaction, Binance CEO ensured all funds are safe.
Following an official announcement from the platform on trade activities halting earlier due to a system maintenance, Binance posted a security update announcement informing all existing API keys reset. The platform stated the step as a 'precautionary security measure'.
About an hour after the reset update was announced, the platform announced a new release, saying that all prior existing API keys have been removed and that new API key creation has been enabled, although trading reopening is still subject to further information.
Adding to the announcement, the CEO tweeted that the funds are safe.
