KuCoin set to launch KuMEX: Cryptocurrency Derivatives Trading Platform

KuCoin exchange has announced the launch of their upcoming cryptocurrency derivatives trading platform

The announcement from KuCoin exchange states that the new trading platform, which will be a welcome surprise for leverage traders, is set to launch it's public beta on July 9 18:00 (UTC+8). 

KuMEX will operate as a derivatives trading platform, and was independently developed by the KuMEX team. Leveraged contracts will be tradable on the platform, starting with Bitcoin Perpetual Contract (XBTUSDM) and will offer up to 20 times leverage. 

KuCoin also announced that 50% of net revenue from trading on KuMEX will be used for bonus distribution to KuCoin Shares (KCS) holders.

Currently with the Beta, KuMEX will be depositing 1 XBT of demo funds into each user account for simulated trading. The beta will be live for 3 weeks from launch and will offer 10,000 KCS in rewards during the first week of the event.
