Crypto Twitter believes Bitcoin will end the year at $15k-$20k

Bitcoin has been in and out of the headlines lately for setting new yearly highs and for the subsequent corrections its been experiencing. Most recently, Bitcoin dipped below the major resistance level of $11,200. Despite this, crypto Twitter is still bullish on the king currency, believing it to close the year somewhere in the ballpark of $15,000 - $20,000.

Twitter user Josh Olszewicz shared the results of some research which involved gathering people’s opinions about the condition of Bitcoin’s market. According to Zycrypto, the research is based on the responses from 100,000 participants.

Not everyone agreed with the results, however. Many were far more bullish:

While crypto Twitter is still positive on Bitcoin’s future, Peter Brandt has shared a new theory of his. The analyst compared Bitcoin's currency price action to that of the dotcom bubble, implying a major correction may be on the way.

Tone Vays is another industry heavyweight known for his often bearish predictions. The derivatives trader still firmly believes the market is due for a correction of 30% to 50% which would bring Bitcoin’s price down to around $4,000. While many disagreed with his prediction, Vays stated, “I am still waiting for a significant pullback in the price. What we just saw, wasn't it.”
