Bitcoin hits new yearly-high as it breaks $12K

Bitcoin (BTC) hits new yearly-high as it breaks $12,000, just hours after it broke $11,400 resistance level.

Just mere hours after it broke $11,400 resistance level, the largest crypto by market cap is now at its new yearly high. It is traded at above $12,000 in various major exchanges, such as Coinbase, Bittrex, Bitstamp and Gemini.

The largest crypto by market cap sees a 7.7% in the last 24 hours, which also puts it as the biggest gainer in the top 10.

The bullish move is not followed by most of the cryptos on the top 10, although Ethereum (ETH) can be seen of gaining by 2% at $318 and XRP sees a 0.3% gain at $0.47.

Top 100

In the top 100, the biggest gainers are HyperCash (HC) with 34% gain at $5.6, followed by Qtum with 33% at $5.6 and Lambda with 31.4% at $0.21.

On the other hands, Insight Chain (INB) sees the biggest loss with -12.4% at $0.38, followed by DENT with -11.8% at $0.002 and Bytecoin (BCN) with -6.6% at $0.0009.

Total market cap is $349,922,604,168.
