Bitcoin climbs back up to $8,700 as total market cap climbs $9 billion

Bitcoin saw green on Saturday morning as it climbed over 5% to reach $8,700. Most of the top 100 also saw green as the total market cap saw an increase of $9 billion

Bitcoin has surged back up to $8,700 and could soon be looking to retest $9.000 once again following a positive start to the weekend. All top 10 coins saw green except Binance Coin which was down over 2% on the day, most likely due to the recent banning of US customers on Binance exchange set to take effect late this year.

Bitcoin's surprise jump in price made it one of the top gainers in the top 100, up 5.46% and looking to retest $9,000 resistance.

Bitoin will be looking to retest $9,000 if it can hold this level and close above $8,700 this weekend.
