Jameson Lopp offers to testify against Craig Wright in McCormack's lawsuit

Popular Bitcoin podcaster Peter McCormack recently announced his decision to proceed with the lawsuit filed against him, by self-proclaimed bitcoin creator, Craig Wright. McCormack received enormous amounts of support from community heavyweights such as Bitcoin developer Jameson Lopp, TechCrunch founder Michael Arrington, and popular cryptoanalyst, Josh Rager.

Peter McCormack, host of the What Bitcoin Did podcast, has become a figurehead in the fight against controversial Australian entrepreneur and Bitcoin SV proponent, Craig Wright.  With the lawsuit proceeding, McCormack received immense support from the community. Jameson Lopp was among those ready to help.

Lopp stated that McCormack flew to the US to interview him in 2017. He offered to return the favor to McCormack by flying to the UK and offering his testimony to a judge.

Aside from McCormack, Lopp is another of Wright’s most vocal opponents. Lopp also spent months researching for a deep-dive into Wright’s life. Titled “How Many Wrongs Make a Wright?,” the op-ed has been reviewed numerous times by researchers and legal teams. Lopp’s knowledge of Wright’s life could prove valuable in his fight against the Bitcoin SV proponent.
