Bitcoin 'looks aggressive': 'Makes me think we test $12K very soon'

Bitcoin has returned back above $8500 after the drop to $8000. Bitcoin bull and CEO of CivicKey Vinny Lingham says that the recent BTC action 'looks aggressive' to him.

Bitcoin has seamlessly recoverd from the strange move earlier this week. BTC first broke $9000, but got rejected hard at the $9080 mark, dropping all the way back to $8000 in the following 12 hours.

The fact that Bitcoin is now back above $8500 already, makes Lingham thinks we're ready for 5 digits. 'This BTC action looks aggressive', Lingham said on Twitter. 'Makes me think that we may blow through $10k and test $12k very soon, but $12k is a very heavy resistance level, so I would expect consolidation around the $10k level for some time if $12k is (likely) rejected.'

Earlier in May, Lingham called the end of the bear market. On May 10, he said that 'if Bitcoin can hold the $6200 level for the next 24-48 hours, then the bear market is officially over and I’m going to become a raging bull!'

Now that raging bull is coming, Lingham says, with $12K on the table.

His following agrees that momentum has changed for Bitcoin.

Others are a bit more cautious.
