Binance’s CZ predicted BTC to break from $8,000 yesterday, and it did!

Binance chief executive Changpeng Zhao, took to Twitter yesterday, to suggest that Bitcoin would break away from the $8,000 price level, ... and today Bitcoin surged all the way to $8,900.

When the CEO of Binance speaks, the cryptoverse listens, and now, so it seems, even the crypto prices listen to CZ.

Yesterday Changpeng 'CZ' Zhao of Binance, took to Twitter to suggest that Bitcoin breaking from the grip of $8,000 is just a matter of when, and not if.

The chief executive of Binance, replied to a tweet by the CEO of Block magazine, who goes by the Twitter handle, Crypto Godfather, who as well hinted at the eminent BTC bull run, as Bitcoin was testing the $8,000 price level yet again.

Of course, CZ, who is known for his bullish enthusiasm, didn’t really indicate which direction he expected for Bitcoin to take in his yesterday's tweet. However, as we can deduct from the context, CZ did seem to anticpate a substantial move upwards.

And today this is exactly what BTC did.

As the total crypto market added $22 billion, the world's most popular cryptocurrency surged from around $8,000, reaching as high as $8,905 before retracing slightly towards the $8,800 price mark.

BTC's price bullishly jumped above the $8,500 price mark on Sunday night, and then pushed over $8,800 within 30 minutes.

Bitcoin is currently trading at around $8,700, according to Tradingview.

So, thank you CZ! Perhaps you should send out another tweet, predicting some kind of all-time-high by the end of June.

No, we are not impatient at all.
